Booking Terms and Conditions

• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £10 is required to secure your make-up booking.

• If the deposit is not paid on the same day as your appointment request, your booking is NOT secure and will therefore be made available to other clients the following day.

• Once deposits have been paid, they CANNOT be refunded if you no-show or cancel your appointment but are transferable should you need to reschedule* providing you give up to 48 hours notice for standard and prom make-up appointments or 14 days for bridal make-up appointments. (*Subject to availability)

BRIDAL MAKE-UP APPOINTMENTS

• Trials are subject to the above booking conditions. To secure your wedding day, a £100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure the entire booking, regardless of the number of clients.

• The outstanding balance of your booking is required 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DAY.

• Travel fees are dependent on the location of the venue and are also payable 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

Patch Testing

PATCH TESTING IS MANDATORY and is required 48 hours before your appointment.

BROW LAMINATION, TINTING AND LVL LASHES will NOT be carried out without a negative patch test result.

If you develop a reaction to your patch test area, you MUST inform me as soon as possible so I can cancel your main appointment to allow other clients to book that slot.

Your appointment will NOT be carried out if you turn up having failed to declare a positive patch test result and any deposits paid will NOT be refunded in this instance.
